    Higher Ground is not reserved for elite athletes. It is for those who want to prepare seriously, with a structured and long-term approach.

  • Coaching is primarily delivered through TrainingPeaks:

    • training planning,

    • analysis of completed sessions,

    • written feedback and calls depending on the plan.

    Calls are used to adjust strategy, manage load, and step back to reflect on your preparation.

  • Yes. TrainingPeaks is the central tool for monitoring and analysis.
    It enables precise management of load, recovery, and progression.

    A free, easy-to-use version is available, and we’ll walk you through it during athlete onboarding

  • Effective coaching is built over several months.
    A minimum of 3 months is strongly recommended to achieve lasting adaptations, and even more so for altitude projects.

  • Yes. The format can evolve depending on your project, training load, and needs, after discussion together.

  • No.
    Coaching does not guarantee a summit, a time, or a ranking — but a coherent, progressive, and safe preparation adapted to your real context and terrain.
